| The Government of Paraíba, through the Development Company of Paraíba – CINEP, is making areas available for the implementation of companies from the hotel segment, in an area named Cabo Banco Tourist Hub. The lots are being made available with subsidies of up to 90% in the acquisition, in addition totax incentives of 60% in the ISS¹ and tax break of ICMS, on acquisitions to implement the enterprises². The Cabo Banco Tourist Hub, located in a privileged region in the coast of João Pessoa, has an area of 654 hectares , with lots for the implementation of Resorts (19 lots – 107 ha), entertainment/aquatic park (17 ha) and services and commerce (16 ha). It is the largest planned touristic complex in the Northeast of Brazil. Currently, the project already counts with the Convention Center that is in fully operation. It contains more than 48,000,000 m² of built area and capacity to host 20 thousand people, simultaneously, in its four main buildings. Among the buildings, one stands out for being the most modern theaters of Brazil, with the capacity to host 3 thousand spectators: the Pedra do Reino Theater. Eco-friendly, the Cabo Banco Tourist Hub is located between the sea of the south coast big blue and the green of the Atlantic Forest of Paraíba, embraced by the largest environmental reserve of native Atlantic forest, inserted in the urban mesh of Brazil: the Parque das Trilhas – Trails Park (575 ha).
