Experience, Hotel Resort Setai, The Westin Jo\u00e3o Pessoa, Terra dos Dinos Park, INSEA Global Health &amp; Wellness, and the SurfLoch + Alliance wave pool. <br><br>In addition, the State Government is building Boulevard dos Ip\u00eas, the main public avenue of the Complex, measuring 700 meters in length, 33 meters in width, and approximately 20,000 m\u00b2 of built area, connecting the Convention Center to the beach. <br><br>The Government\u2019s projects also include the construction of Fishermen\u2019s Village, which will promote the social inclusion of fishermen from the Jacarap\u00e9 community through housing and a commercial center, and the School of Gastronomy, Hospitality, and Languages, focused on technical training for young people from the nearby Aratu community. <br><br>The Cabo Branco Tourism Complex is located in a privileged area of Jo\u00e3o Pessoa, close to several tourist attractions, between the southern coast of Para\u00edba and preserved Atlantic Forest, surrounded by Parque das Trilhas, the largest native Atlantic Forest environmental reserve located within an urban area in Brazil.<\/p>\r\n<p><br><br><br id=\"empreendimentos\"><br><br><\/p>\r\n<h3>Developments in the Complex:<\/h3>\r\n<p><br id=\"taua\"><br><br><\/p>\r\n<h4>&#8211;
